When the ice-cream shop was first opened, Granpa Matteo invented a great recipe: fruit stuffed with ice-cream; this fresh and original product quickly became very popular among local restaurants (and gluttons). Today, e-commerce and new logistics have spread this ancient and tasty recipe all over, locally and nationally. Paolo Santoprete, the current manager, told us: “Which is my biggest satisfaction? Regularly shipping ice-cream to the Arab Emirates”.
